What is the most annoying aspect of the FOX Sports coverage of baseball?
NOSTRIL CAM!
For some reason the Fox directors think that zooming in on the face of players is good coverage. Personally I don't have much need to see up the left nostril of a baseball player, especially not so close I can count the nostril hairs. Most plays by baseball players do not involve the face, mostly they do involve arms and legs though, so it seems to me those ought to be in the picture. With the FOX method you seldom actually see a play until the instant replay. [sigh]
Just my opinion. :-P
As a side note, I think I finally figured out what FOX actually stands for:
Fascist Oligarchs and Xenophobes
That's for their news department of course.
